Local commercial departments and Administration of Foreign Exchange of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, separately listed cities and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp:
In order to implement the party's eighteen sessions of the Third and Fourth Plenary Session, promote the transformation of government functions, improve work efficiency, promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate market, further improve the management of foreign investment in real estate, we hereby notify the relevant issues as follows:
Ⅰ. To further simplify the management of foreign-invested real estate enterprises.
Ⅱ. To cancel the Ministry of Commerce Web site for the record of publicity program.
Ⅲ. To conduct a random check of foreign-invested real estate enterprises.
Ⅳ. This notice shall come into force on the day of its promulgation.
